FAQ
Who needs a seat?
Only people who connect a device. Developer seats are for coding agents on the CLI, browser seats for people using AI chats in the browser. Admins, auditors and billing users are free.
I'm on my own. Which plan?
Pro: one person, developer or not, on up to 10 devices. The local CLI stays free with no account.
What happens at a limit?
Admins get an email at 80% and 100%. New devices or findings wait for room or the monthly reset. Nothing is deleted, and capture, scanning and enforcement are never limited.
Can we switch plans or cancel?
Any time, in the dashboard. Changes are prorated; cancelling keeps your plan to the end of the period. Every payment comes with an invoice.
